This is pretty nice, but I feel like it's missing something. IMO it could use some more stuff (maybe a high synth lead and some other things) to make it more complex, cause right now I feel like it is the same thing repeating with the vocals over it. Anyway, this is a great start. Also, I love that bass!

If you listen to the original song though, it is a generally plain song. I basically wanted to beef it up with added bass and a better beat. As far as that goes, it was achieved but I will add a bit more to it.
